onCall Information System

The onCall Information System receives NC-stat study data via the docking station and generates a hard-copy report that is returned to the physician’s office in real-time (i.e. minutes) via facsimile or email. In addition, the data is archived and sophisticated quality control checks are performed. The system is operational 24/7, allowing the physician to download and receive instantaneous reports during the course of the nerve conduction study or following its completion. Test results may also be retrieved at any time by patient identification code or biosensor serial number.

The onCall report provides a comprehensive summary of the nerve conduction results, including the response waveforms and comparisons to demographically adjusted reference ranges. If serial testing is performed, archived test results are automatically retrieved and a longitudinal report is generated
