NC-stat Monitor

NC-stat Biosensors

NC-stat Docking Station

onCall Information System

The NC-stat monitor houses sophisticated, proprietary technology for conducting accurate nerve conduction studies. Small and ergonomically designed, the unit is equivalent to larger, more expensive NCS/EMG instruments. The monitor measures standard nerve conduction parameters, amplitude, latency, and conduction velocity of the motor and sensory nerves. The NC-stat is able to record even the smallest signals for early detection of disease.

A nerve conduction study is initiated with the press of a button. The monitor automatically stimulates the nerve, acquires all the response waveforms, and displays response parameters in real-time on the LCD screen. Using advanced signal processing and control algorithms, the monitor determines stimulation intensity, waveform validity, real-time response parameters, noise artifacts and appropriate NC-stat biosensor contact - important variables for accurate results. At any point during the study, or at the completion of all the nerve tests, optional hard-copy reports may be obtained in real-time (minutes) by seamlessly transmitting the data to the onCall Information System via the NC-stat docking station.
